Announcing the 2023 Photo and Video Contest Winners

In August, NALS opened its much-awaited 2023 Annual Photo & Video Contest and was astounded by the incredible response from its residents! The exceptional creativity of NALS residents is truly impressive. An additional category winner was added this year based on the clear devotion its residents hold to their furry friends. This means that one additional resident won a prize for the best pet entry for the first time ever.

NALS is thrilled to reveal that not one, but TWO Grand Prize winners will enjoy a whole Month of Free Rent each! To add to the excitement, there are also TWO Runner-Up winners, one each for the video and photo categories.

Contest Description:

The theme of the contest was to capture the essence of what makes your rental experience truly awesome. From the comfort of your apartment to the vibrant atmosphere of your community, and the enchanting corners of your neighborhood – the choice was yours to showcase what you love most about living where you live.

Our judges faced a tough challenge with over 2,200 outstanding entries from across the nation. Your favorite places, people, and community activities were beautifully portrayed, exuding not only high quality but also the sheer joy and creativity shared in the photos and videos.
