NALS Celebrates On-Site Teams with Appreciation Week!

Last month, NALS Apartment Homes honored its dedicated assistant managers and leasing agents during Office Appreciation Week. The company-wide event, which shows gratitude for those employees who keep their communities running smoothly and efficiently, was a resounding success!

The on-site teams are the backbone of each NALS community, as they are the first point of contact for prospective residents. Starting with the prospect’s apartment search (which typically begins online), they communicate the community’s wonderful amenities, convenient location, and availability. Eventually, the leasing teams provide these prospects with a warm welcome when they arrive for an in-person community tour.

Once a prospect becomes a resident, the leasing agents are instrumental in ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience while living in the community. From assisting residents with inquiries throughout their stay, whether it be about rent payments, maintenance requests, or any other issues that may arise, the on-site teams are a source of support for their residents.

Throughout the week-long celebration, each community manager organized a series of activities and events to value and appreciate their teams. NALS provided durable tote bags for all team members with managers filling them with personalized thank-you notes, delicious treats, snacks, Starbucks cups, and gift cards.

Sky Harbor Apartments in Salt Lake City even incorporated its prospects and residents in the celebration. They set up a Pop-a-Balloonza station with a personalized board for each team member. Anyone that visited the office could pop a balloon to reveal a prize inside for the staff which included rewards like stylish beach towels, relaxing candles, and gift cards.  

La Mirage Apartments in Albuquerque also involved their residents by handing out donuts to residents while driving around in a decorated golf cart of balloons and streamers.

To cap off the week, teams enjoyed a group outing such as a celebratory luncheon, a spa day with a pedicure, or a bonding activity at a paint and smash room. The on-site teams had an amazing time relaxing and appreciating the time off with their co-workers.

NALS is proud of its office teams and grateful for their contributions in providing high-level, quality service and care that all residents have come to expect from the NALS community. Office Appreciation Week is a small way to show gratitude for the incredible job the office teams do every day throughout the year. NALS looks forward to continuing this tradition in the years to come.
