This past October, NALS Apartment Homes came together once again to extend heartfelt appreciation to its dedicated maintenance teams spread across its diverse communities throughout the entire portfolio. These unsung heroes devote their time to maintaining pristine community grounds, promptly addressing resident requests, and managing a myriad of responsibilities that contribute to the seamless functioning of the communities. Throughout the week-long festivities, communities engaged in various creative ways to honor their maintenance teams. From providing team members with their favorite snacks and catered lunches to fuel their hard work, to decorating the leasing offices and maintenance golf carts with streamers and signage, the celebrations were as unique as each team member themselves.
Each of the 250 maintenance team members received a personalized NALS Maintenance Appreciation Week Igloo Lunch Cooler. To cap off the week, maintenance teams from each region indulged in a delightful afternoon of team bonding by enjoying either billiards pool or bowling with their teams and teams from nearby regions.
As we move forward into 2024, NALS remains enthusiastic about continuing the tradition of celebrating its maintenance teams. Their unwavering commitment is not only vital to the success of the community, but also paramount to the happiness of its residents.
