This past October, NALS Apartment Homes appreciated its hard-working maintenance teams in each community across its portfolio. These team members dedicate their time to ensuring community grounds are well-kept, complete resident requests to provide a comfortable and easy living experience in their homes and handle countless more responsibilities that allow the communities to run smoothly. NALS is proud to recognize these truly outstanding team members.

Throughout the week-long festivities, communities celebrated their maintenance teams in a variety of ways – from providing snacks and meals to fuel them for their hard work to decorating their leasing offices and maintenance golf carts with signs of appreciation. In addition, each of the 250 maintenance team members across the portfolio was given a branded “NALS Maintenance Appreciation Week” Leatherman super tool that is lightweight, versatile and includes 14 different features. At the end of the week, each region’s maintenance teams enjoyed a fun afternoon bonding with each other over Top Golf or bowling at Pinstack.
