NALS Apartment Homes is pleased to announce Pinnacle Highland Apartments in Cottonwood Heights, UT was recognized as the Best Residential Community in Utah as featured in Best of Utah Real Estate 2019. With over 120 recently built apartment communities just in the Greater Salt Lake Area, Pinnacle Highland appreciates this accolade. City Weekly, a Salt Lake City local newspaper over 30-years old is famous for their once a year Best of Utah magazine. First published in 2018, Best of Utah Real Estate combines votes of both City Weekly readers and the writers’ “staff picks.” Readers also have an opportunity to submit new categories to be added to the “Best Of” list. The recognition includes the top voted as well as the second and third-place winners in each category. In addition to “Best Of” winners, readers enjoy learning about the latest trends in real estate such as energy-efficient garage doors and the median cost to replace a roof. Julie Koch, Pinnacle Highland’s Property Manager and one of NALS’ District Managers, takes pride in being a part of the most important place on earth, a person’s home, and was honored to receive the recognition, “Our team goals are simple; Love what you do, take ownership and care about the people you come in contact with each day.”
Pinnacle Highland Apartments is an incredible 522-unit apartment community in Cottonwood Heights, providing easy access to downtown Salt Lake City and major Ski Resorts.
