NALS recently honored the remarkable individuals who make their communities shine during its annual Office Appreciation Week. Our outstanding assistant managers, leasing agents, and office staff are the core of our NALS communities — from welcoming new residents into their homes to maintaining a positive environment for the entire community by coordinating community events and assisting with any questions that may arise. Without them, our communities wouldn’t be a place that so many of our residents truly love to call home.
Our teams embraced Office Appreciation Week with full force! Offices were adorned with decorations all week — some even chose fun themes like the TV show Friends and Casino Royale, complete with a Casino Cafe filled with snacks and refreshments. Goody bags and gifts were curated for each one of the team members with cozy self-care kits, flowers, mugs, blankets, and their favorite coffee!
Alongside all the week-long festivities, each team enjoyed a well-deserved outing to show gratitude and appreciation for their hard work. The Vistas in Laughlin, NV traveled south to visit the Burros of Oatman where the population consists of more burros than people! Meanwhile, The Arbors team in Duluth, GA explored the Gwinnett County Fair and tasted all the delicacies it could offer, especially the funnel cake! Our team at View on Centennial in Colorado Springs, CO opted for a more relaxing day with pedicures. Other teams let off some steam in a rage room or by axe throwing, while the Pinnacle Highland team in Cottonwood Heights, UT were mind blown at the Museum of Illusions in Salt Lake City. The entire week was a time to honor the individuals who make up the wonderful teams in each of our communities.
