In April, we celebrated our very own NALS superheroes — our incredible Maintenance Teams! Every year, we dedicate a special week to recognizing the hardworking team members who go above and beyond to keep our communities running smoothly across all regions. From completing resident service requests to maintaining beautiful community grounds and handling countless behind-the-scenes responsibilities, our Maintenance Teams play an essential role in creating exceptional living experiences for our residents. Their dedication, professionalism, and tireless work are truly the backbone of NALS, and their efforts never go unnoticed.
This year’s celebration featured a fun superhero theme that perfectly reflected the everyday heroics of our maintenance teams. Communities kicked off the week by decorating their leasing offices with superhero-inspired decor and stocking up on their favorite snacks and beverages to keep them energized throughout the week — including some delicious homemade banana chocolate muffins for some! Team members were also treated to catered lunches and thoughtful gifts as tokens of appreciation for all they do. To wrap up the celebration, teams enjoyed exciting outings that included bowling, TopGolf, minor league baseball games, and go-kart racing.
