We had a fun-filled week across all regions, with each property celebrating its maintenance teams in a unique and personalized way. From delicious catered lunches, personalized gift bags, t-shirts, and amazing decorations, there was truly no shortage of festivities throughout the week. Each team went on an excursion off-property to have an enjoyable afternoon of team-building and fun activities including bowling, top golf, axe-throwing, and paintball.
Maintenance Appreciation Week reminds us of how vital our maintenance teams are to upholding our communities and ensuring resident satisfaction. We are endlessly grateful for the hard work and effort put forth every day by our maintenance teams, and we look forward to keeping this tradition alive moving forward into 2025 and in years to come.
