Announcing the 2016 I Love My Community Photo Contest Winners

In July, NALS sought submissions the 2016 Summer Photo Contest.  The Grand Prize?  A Month of Free Rent!  Here are the instructions we gave to our residents:
 
Contest Description
The “I Love my Community” Summer Photo Contest is a photography contest that encourages residents of NALS communities to capture and share what they love most about living in their apartment community and surrounding neighborhood, whether inside their apartment (personal décor, amenities, views, etc.), in the community (amenities, weather, resident events, etc.) or in their location and neighborhood at large. The contest is intended to celebrate unique perspectives on “community,” as well as residents’ artistic and technical skill (plus, giving away free stuff is fun)! 

Entries poured in from across the country, with residents sharing their favorite places and activities in and around their community.  Beyond sheer creativity and diversity in subject, the judges were impressed with the high quality of submissions.  We would like to thank everyone who participated with entries, votes, and words of praise and encouragement for their neighbors.  We had so much fun and we hope you did, too! It was definitely a wonderful celebration of community.
