Las Vegas, NV – Regional Maintenance Managers and Property Maintenance Supervisors among all 46 NALS properties congregated last month in Las Vegas, NV for their annual Maintenance Conference. The information and engaging gathering proved to be a great opportunity for all of our hardworking maintenance teams to come together, learn new skills, and strengthen their bonds.<\/p>\n

The first morning of the conference, NALS Director of Maintenance and Regional Maintenance Managers held round table meetings with attendees on topics including: HVAC, mold remediation, make ready and preventive maintenance, PV-CPC repairs and glues, pool maintenance, and quality control. In addition to specific maintenance training, the Regional Maintenance Managers also led a session on the challenges of leadership later on in the week. With interactive activities throughout the meeting, Maintenance Supervisors were taught the importance of listening, communicating, and maintaining quality to demonstrate great leadership to their on-site teams.<\/p>\n
