]]> In anticipation of the upcoming month, NALS HQ reached out to female employees with over 10 years of tenure in various positions to share their stories of success, what motivates them both in and out of the workplace, and what role-models helped them get to where they are today! One common denominator amongst these phenomenal employees, is the value they hold of their positions, the NALS family and those that helped to pave the way! NALS Apartment Homes is proud that 55% of their employees are female. Their positions range from Housekeepers, Maintenance Techs, Leasing Agents, Assistant Managers, Community Managers, Department Heads, District Managers, and Directors. It is equally impressive that throughout the years, all of these women have found and supported one other and formed a perseverant team of not just employees but vibrant innovators.

Gina C., Community Manager of 22 years at River Walk Puerta De Corrales in Albuquerque, said it perfectly:
