Apartments in Seattle

Located on the beautiful Puget Sound, Seattle is the commercial, cultural, and technological hub of the U.S. Pacific Northwest.  It is undoubtedly known for being the best-caffeinated city in the country, too. The eclectic capital hosts a range of Fortune 500 heavyweights (such as Microsoft, Google, and Amazon) and small startups, driving a robust economy and strong employment market. Named one of the “Smartest Cities” in the nation by MSNBC, Seattle is home to excellent universities such as Seattle University, the Art Institute, and the University of Washington. The diverse, hip, and eco-conscious population drives a fun culture of music festivals, museums, public art, great restaurants, and boutique shops. All in all, life in Seattle, and the greater Seattle region, offers a great balance of work and play.

Renton, WA

The city of Renton is a vibrant place to live, work and play offering easy access to shopping, parks and schools. Renton is just 11 miles southeast of downtown Seattle, and is a well-known hub for technology and manufacturing, including the final assembly point for the Boeing 737.  In the mid 1990s, Renton made a large revitalization effort to the downtown area, which now houses a King County transit center allowing one-bus commutes to Seattle, Bellevue, and Redmond. The city is one of few in the Puget Sound region to follow a grid street system, making for less commuter congestion overall.  The quaint downtown area also houses a town square, the Piazza, which hosts weekly farmers' markets during summer.

Port Orchard, WA

Port Orchard is 13 miles west of Seattle, and is connected to the capital and Vashon Island by State Ferries.  Port Orchard is a pristine destination for avid boaters, kayakers, and cyclists.  Community events such as art walks, farmers' markets, and various music and wine festivals provide year-round entertainment. In Port Orchard, it’s hard to miss the majestic views of the Olympic Mountains and the pride of Military heritage just across the water at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
